Question 1

What does offrr.ai actually do?

Accepted Answer

Four things end-to-end: (1) Resume Tailor rewrites your resume against a job description and gives it an ATS score out of 100. (2) Cheat Sheet turns your resume plus the JD into likely questions, STAR stories, and a quick-glance summary. (3) AI Voice Mock Interview lets you rehearse out loud with an AI interviewer that speaks and scores your answers. (4) OffrrGlobal delivers H-1B sponsorship intelligence for international students.

Question 2

How does the AI voice mock interview work?

Accepted Answer

Pick a recruiter, hiring manager, technical, or executive persona. The AI interviewer asks questions out loud, hears how you answer with your voice, and returns a calibrated score across relevance, structure, impact, communication, and confidence — so you practice before the real call.

Question 3

What is OffrrGlobal and who is it for?

Accepted Answer

OffrrGlobal is for international students and visa-status candidates targeting US roles. It scores companies on real H-1B sponsorship odds using the latest FY2025 DOL data, shortlists sponsor-friendly companies, plans OPT/STEM-OPT/H-1B timing, and generates visa-aware answer scripts. Included with Ultimate ($69/mo), or $30 for a one-time pass.

Question 4

How accurate is the ATS score on the Resume Tailor?

Accepted Answer

Calibrated by GPT-4o-mini using a fixed rubric: 80-100 Strong, 65-79 Good, 45-64 Possible, under 45 Stretch. Median realistic candidate scores 60-75. Anti-inflation guardrails prevent vanity scores.

Question 5

What is free versus paid?

Accepted Answer

Free includes 10 Resume Tailors per month and basic ATS optimization. Pro ($29/mo) unlocks unlimited Resume Tailoring, unlimited Cheat Sheets, advanced ATS, recruiter feedback, and the job tracker. Ultimate ($69/mo) adds the full OffrrSmart™ remote and H-1B job boards, H-1B sponsorship analysis for international students, plus follow-up emails and salary negotiation. Quarterly billing saves about 17%, and annual billing saves about 30% on average. A $30 one-time Sponsorship Pass is also available for single OffrrGlobal analyses.

Question 6

Is my data private?

Accepted Answer

Your resume, the JD, sessions, and transcripts are stored locally in your browser and never auto-clear. The only data sent off-device is the specific content being processed by the AI, sent via OpenAI and not retained for model training.

Question 7

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pro and Ultimate are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually and cancellable from the Stripe customer portal. The $30 Sponsorship Pass is a one-time purchase with nothing recurring to cancel.

Question 8

Who is offrr.ai not for?

Accepted Answer

If you want a tool that writes your resume with no input from you, applies to jobs without your review, or feeds you answers you couldn't stand behind on the job, this isn't it. It's also US-focused — the job boards, the salary data, and the H-1B sponsorship intelligence all cover US roles and US employers, so it's a poor fit if you're job hunting elsewhere. And it isn't a recruiter or an immigration attorney: it won't file a petition, contact employers for you, or negotiate on your behalf.
